The published Intune app is MMD PDF 2026.8.1.0 and its detection rule is a file-version rule: version of C:\Program Files\MMD\MMD PDF\MmdPdf.exe greater-than-or-equal 2026.8.1.0.
The fixes made today (wordmark, title bar, no black area over remote desktop) still carried 2026.8.1, so a package built from them would be seen by every machine that already has the app as already installed, and the update would never arrive.
Raising the version to 2026.8.2 restores that. When the new content is uploaded the detection value has to be raised to 2026.8.2.0 in the same round, after the content is committed.
